Checking In

Drop lbs Daily

Alright folks I've had some major set backs
but I am back and I'm more motivated than
ever.

Lets get to it  as of today I am changing how
I eat so with that said I'm counting my calories
and working out 5 days a week atleast 20 min daily
I've started a fun dance routine and I'm enjoying it
but I'm very sore I know the soreness will pass
I'm just looking forward to great results.
