Well this week I'm back and doing quite well
I must say. I've been working out & sorta been
making some positive changes on my diet which
I like to say I've made life style change for the better
So lets get right to this weeks weight & measurements.

Waist          35

Hips            48

Thigh           25

Calve           15

Weight         266
