I totally rocked with those workouts that were posted last week and I'm gonna continue my workouts
the same one's  for this and next week I will switch up and do something else. Along with the video's I
also been doing some walking just 30 minutes a day and I think that it really gave me that boost
my body needed. I can not stress enough drink plenty of water . Now I am not a big water drinker so I have to either buy flavor water or keep Crystal Light packets to add to my regular bottled water just thought I
would mention that.
