We are now back and totally revamped and ready to track my results weekly
and add some really cool updates as well. So with that said lets get started First of all I
will be posting on here weekly and with pics and exercise tips and nutriention tips
that I'm actually using so I hope you will join me in the battle of the bulge no matter what
